It has come to my attention that some of you have inquired as to whether or not I am expecting. I am not. The picture which led some to speculate is the one in which Graham is sliding down the slide, with an expecting mom in the background. That mom is Jack's mom Ashley, who is expecting her second child at the beginning of July. We'll let you know when you can get excited about Fink2!

Due to technical difficulties, we weren't able to upload pictures earlier this month. March so far has included blooming flowers, trips to the park, hanging out with Jack and cousin Pete, and lots of playtime outside.

The Garage Gets Some Paint. Finally.

This afternoon I put the first coat of primer on the front of the garage. It's tinted to the same color as the final coat, so it should like very much like it will when all is done. We tried to match the color of the paint, as closely as possible, to the general hue of the bricks on the house. By Home Depot's advice, I have two coats of primer to do, followed by two coats of the finishing paint. If the primer is the same color as the other paint, I don't see why we don't just use primer, but there it is. Mine is not to question why, mine is but to paint or . . . well, at any rate continue to irritate the neighborhood. With the blessing we'll get the priming done this weekend.

Graham has been picking up some bad dress habits from his time in Durham. We've spoken to him on several occassions about the sagging trousers, but to no avail. There will be no hydraulics on the Volkswagen, however.
