Grody Graham

Graham's nose has been running non-stop over the past few days--both barrels. It's been so bad, at times, that I've been reminded of this little charmer: Leaky Lindsay (a.k.a. Messy Tessie). Remember the Garbage Pail Kids? Quite possibly the world's worst chewing gum, but oh, what fun for a second grader!

Sad

Graham was diagnosed today with a bronchial infection and an ear infection. Snot, tears, sleepness nights....we're hoping the medicine will soon work its magic!

The New Sink

Graham and I were given a project today: fix the kitchen faucet. And since we were fixing the kitchen faucet, we might as well replace the kitchen sink, dontcha know, 'cause it's ugly and chipped and I've wanted a new one ever since we moved in. Deep breath. Get out the Home Depot Do-It-Yourself-Book. Good thing I've Graham to help.

Graham grabbed the wrapper from his string cheese tonight at supper and put it on his head. He thought it was pretty hilarious. We did too.

Off to the North Country...

We leave this afternoon for Minnesota, not to return till the 31st of December. We have been filling Graham's head with tales of monster snow drifts and sub-zero temperatures for the past few weeks, but it looks as though things might be a bit more tame. We'll post pictures as we are able, and in the meantime we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

It's beginning to feel a lot like...summer
