Very well done, David. Interesting story: Two summers ago, I was staying in a youth hostel with a Wheaton group in a predominantly Arab immigrant neighborhood in Copenhagen. The locals were very friendly, except one evening my friend and I walked out of the hostel, heard gunfire, and discovered that two people had been shot 200 feet away. Local Danish told us that it was the result of Arab gang warfare that was on the rise in the city. So, one has to wonder if the Danish cartoons were not partially a backlash to Arab issues being brought very close to home for the Danish.
