I passed my French proficiency exam this week. I did German as an undergrad and Latin my first two years at Duke, but French is also required for my program--all three had to be in the bag before preliminary exams next month. And now they are. On to prelims!

Congrats Dave. That's a big hurdle, 1 of 10, or something like that.
Felicitations! (If I knew how to make an accent in html, there would be one over the 'e', and you would know that this was French.)
