I got back home yesterday from a two-week stint at Pope AFB, and this is the sight which greeted my eyes as I pulled into the driveway: the roses, tiger lillies, and stella d'oros in full bloom. They had opened a day or two before--doubtless in anticipation of the return of the Master of the House.
